How to soothe vacuum-bruised skin fast.
Apply ice or an ice pack to the bruise.Try to keep the ice on for the first two days after you get the bruise. Put it on for 30 minutes at a time and then keep it off for 30 minutes, and repeat this on/off cycle throughout the day when you are awake.
Apply arnica to the bruise.
Apply a mixture of vinegar and warm water to the bruise.

How often facials should be done.

It depends on your skin type, condition, goals and budget, but generally once a month is recommended.
